Jaan Seva Trust ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Members and volunteers: name, contact details, address, photo, area and the last 4 digits of an ID proof (we do not store full ID numbers).
• Donors: name, contact details, address and PAN (needed for 80G receipts and to report donations to the Income Tax Department).
• Website: messages you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

• To manage membership, issue ID cards, letters and receipts, and to let anyone verify them.
• To send you receipts, reminders and updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To meet legal and tax requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website (hosting, payment gateway, SMS/email providers) and with government authorities when the law requires it.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
