Donations made to Jaan Seva Trust are voluntary and are generally not refundable.
If you donated by mistake, were charged twice, or the amount is wrong, write to us within 7 days at info@example.org or call +91 90000 00000 with the receipt number and payment reference. After checking, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 10 working days.
If a refund is made, the donation receipt (including any 80G receipt) is cancelled.
Membership fees, if any, are not refundable once the membership is approved.
